Bad Bentheim/Hamburg, December 17, 2025 – HWP Handwerkspartner GmbH is continuing its growth trajectory and integrating the Huiskamp Group, an experienced specialist in civil engineering and road construction, traffic safety, and infrastructure services. With the companies Huiskamp GmbH, Huiskamp Infra GmbH, and A.M. Verkehrssicherungs GmbH, HWP is strengthening its structural maintenance division and expanding its range of services to include key future areas such as fiber optic expansion, 5G network infrastructure, asphalt and road construction, sewer and cable construction, and the development of charging infrastructure.
The Huiskamp Group, based in Bad Bentheim, has been a reliable partner in the expansion of German infrastructure for many years. The company stands for technical excellence, high flexibility, and a team that can be deployed nationwide. Huiskamp has a particularly strong market position in the field of traffic safety, with mobile teams that support and secure projects throughout Germany. With this expertise, HWP is strengthening its capabilities in civil engineering and infrastructure construction and creating synergies with existing units within the group – for example, in the areas of transformer stations and bridge renovation.
“Joining the HWP Group opens up new perspectives for us to expand our areas of expertise in a targeted manner and offer our employees long-term development opportunities,” explains Patrick Kim, Managing Director of the Huiskamp Group. “For our customers, this step means above all greater stability, greater planning security, and access to a strong network of medium-sized companies. Being part of HWP enables us to leverage our strengths in infrastructure, civil engineering, and traffic safety in an even more targeted manner—and thus implement projects with a clear signal of quality and reliability.”
Björn H. Robens, Goldbeck Robens shareholder and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the HWP Group, emphasizes: “With Huiskamp, we are expanding our range of expertise in a key area for the future. The combination of civil engineering, traffic safety, and fiber optic expansion strengthens our structural maintenance capabilities and creates new synergies within the group. With the integration of the Huiskamp Group, HWP is continuing its strategy of bringing together strong medium-sized family businesses under one roof.”
Hannes Brandtstäter, CFO of the HWP Handwerkspartner Group, adds: “Huiskamp is a strong partner with nationwide experience. The integration will give us additional clout in the implementation of infrastructure projects and enable us to expand our position in infrastructure construction in the long term.”
Together, we will leverage our regional strength to further develop Germany’s infrastructure.
