HWP Handwerkspartner further expands its leading market position in structural maintenance – new operating unit “instakorr Süd” launches in Munich.
Hamburg/Munich, November 2025 – With the founding of instakorr Süd GmbH, the HWP Handwerkspartner Group is consistently continuing the strategic expansion of its structural maintenance division and strengthening its leading market position in southern Germany.
The group had already announced the establishment of a new unit in Munich in October. HWP is now finalizing its plans and presenting the name and management team of the new company, instakorr Süd. The company is already active and will grow to a team of around 40 specialists in concrete repair, corrosion protection, and building renovation by early 2026.
“Southern Germany is a key future market for us. With instakorr Süd, we are creating the organizational and personnel structures we need to further expand our performance and customer proximity in the region in a targeted manner,” says Hannes Brandtstäter, CFO of the HWP Handwerkspartner Group.
The instakorr brand stands for technological excellence and the highest quality standards in structural maintenance throughout Germany. The new unit will create a powerful center of excellence for the Munich region, further deepening proximity to customers, projects, and partners and strengthening the HWP Group’s regional presence.
Gregor Gerhard and Rolf Spreemann are taking over the management of instakorr Süd GmbH. Gregor Gerhard, graduate civil engineer (FH), managing director and co-partner of instakorr GmbH, brings comprehensive technical expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and a deep understanding of the concrete repair market to the table. Since instakorr GmbH joined the HWP Group in 2024, he has played a key role in the further development of the structural maintenance division.
Rolf Spreemann (graduate engineer) will become technical director and managing director of the unit. Gregor Gerhard and Rolf Spreemann will be supported by Ronny Geith as branch manager and Frank Dempwolf as senior site manager for the implementation of projects on site.
“With instakorr Süd, we are laying the foundation for long-term partnerships and the modernization of regional infrastructure. Expanding our presence in the south is a logical step in the strategic development of the HWP Group – and at the same time an expression of the success we have achieved since integrating instakorr into the corporate family,” emphasizes Gregor Gerhard, managing partner of instakorr GmbH.
Strong families. Strong partners. Strong future.
