Hamburg, 13 January 2026 – Ken Kämpf takes over responsibility for TGA | Roofing & Solar and Structural Maintenance
The HWP Handwerkspartner Group is strengthening its management team. Ken Kämpf joined the management board on 1 January 2026 and is responsible for the TGA | Roofing & Solar and Structural Maintenance divisions.

With Ken Kämpf, we are gaining a managing director with extensive operational experience who will lead two key divisions of the group with clarity and a high level of technical and managerial expertise,” says Björn H. Many years of operational experience and technical excellence
Ken Kämpf is a certified engineer with more than 26 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Most recently, he was managing director of the Papenburg Group, a family-run medium-sized construction company. During his professional career, he has been responsible for complex construction and real estate development projects, managed large operational organisational units and played a key role in shaping growth and transformation processes. He stands for technical depth, business clarity and a partnership-based management culture.

As part of this reorganisation, Nick Zippel is handing over his responsibilities as Managing Director and Head of the TGA | Roofing & Solar division and will continue to support the HWP Handwerkspartner Group in an advisory capacity. The HWP Group would like to thank him for his contribution to the development of the TGA | Roofing & Solar division.
