Hamburg / Munich – With a new branch in Munich and an experienced management team, the HWP Group strengthens its leading market position in structural maintenance.

HWP Handwerkspartner is continuing its growth course and opening a new branch in Munich. With this move, the HWP Group is expanding its presence in southern Germany – a strategically important market for the future of the company – and underlining its commitment to serving its customers throughout Germany, from Flensburg and Neumünster in the north to Augsburg and Munich in the south.

“With the new location in Munich, we are sending a clear signal for growth, stability, and customer proximity. Structural maintenance is a central task of our time – it secures the value of buildings and infrastructure and creates a future for coming generations. Munich is becoming another strong anchor point in our long-term growth strategy,” emphasizes Björn H. Robens, managing partner of Goldbeck Robens Industrial Partners and chairman of the advisory board of the HWP Group.

With its major subsidiaries Hydro-Tech GmbH and instakorr GmbH, the HWP Group already has a very successful presence in the greater Munich area. The new location marks the next step in further strengthening the company’s regional capabilities.

HWP Handwerkspartner has recruited an experienced management team to set up the new unit: Rolf Spreemann will take on overall technical responsibility as Technical Director, bringing with him extensive experience in the implementation of complex structural maintenance projects. Rolf Spreemann will also support HWP on a national level. Ronny Geith, as another branch manager, is responsible for the operational management and further development of the location. The team is complemented by Frank Dempwolf, who, as senior site manager, oversees the implementation of projects on site and ensures quality and efficiency in their execution.

“The establishment of the management team in Munich is a decisive step toward expanding our regional capabilities in a targeted manner and further strengthening our proximity to our customers,” explains Hannes Brandtstäter, CFO of the HWP Handwerkspartner Group. “This is the next step in further consolidating our presence in southern Germany and developing Munich into another strong pillar within our group of companies.”
